I recently met with Mobilize Rescue Systems and was blown away by their product. Basically this is a first aid kit that walks the rescuer through the first aid process while emergency services are en route.
The Comprehensive Rescue System has a computer screen that walks the Responder through the first aid steps.
This was developed to assist responders who have little or no training.
They even have compact kits with with a mobile app option.
